Ride Safely With Us
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we reviewed and updated our operational protocols for the safety of our employees and customers alike. Below are some of the steps we are taking.
Safe Vehicles
- Vehicle interiors are sanitized before and after each ride; including seating areas, seat belts, AC vents, door handles and controls.
- We removed all reading materials from seatback pockets and discontinued complimentary water bottle service to limit the physical spread of the virus.
- We installed non-intrusive interior cabin partition (Sneeze Guards) for our sedans & SUVs to ensure physical distancing compliance.
Safe Chauffeurs
- Chauffeurs are required to wear protective face masks and gloves at all times while serving our customers.
- Temperature checks are performed prior to each company chauffeur’s shift on a daily basis to screen for fever symptoms.
- Chauffeurs displaying other symptoms such as shortness of breath or coughing, are prohibited from reporting to work and required to follow the CDC’s recommended health guidelines.
Safe Processes
- Our clients may request “Touchless service”, prompting our chauffeurs to skip our standard service touches such as opening the vehicle doors for our passengers, handling luggage, etc.
- Meetings & Events Transportation: we are recommending various precautionary practices such as maintaining physical distancing during “loading/unloading” of buses and limiting vehicle utilization to a maximum of 50% of seating capacity.
- Our internal pre & post service processes (such as vehicle inspections, keys exchange, etc.) have been optimized for safe physical distancing and other CDC recommendations.
Additional Safety Measures
- Internal pre and post-service processes have been updated to follow CDC recommendations.
- We are recommending that our clients limit passenger to a maximum of 50% of seating capacity
